Many celebrities confess to having a love of cars and driving; some even spend a considerable amount of time and money building up collections of cars for their own personal garage. Manchester United star Wayne Rooney, for example, can count such vehicles as the Lamborghini Gallardo, Bentley Continental GT, Aston Martin Vanquish and BMW M6 among his collection.Chelsea midfielder Claude Makelele is another footballer whose garage is full of hot wheels; a Mercedes McLaren SLR, Ferrari F360 and a Mercedes SL65 AMG convertible are among the cars owned by the Dutchman. Meanwhile Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard can boast a Porsche 911 Turbo, Mercedes SLK, Aston Martin Vanquish and BMW X5 as part of his fleet of motoring muscle. Cristiano Ronaldo has owned an Audi R8, BMW X5 and Ferrari 360 among his cars, and his name features on a waiting list for perhaps the world’s ultimate car – the Bugatti Veyron.

However, perhaps the ultimate car fanatic from the footballing world is David Beckham. Beckham’s garage counts the likes of the Ferrari 575 and F430, Lamborghini Gallardo, two Bentley Arnages and a Rolls Royce Phantom among others. Beckham also has an armour-plated BMW X5 and once owned an Aston Martin DB7, with the registration plate ‘DB7′. Cars such as these are all a far cry from Beckham’s first entry into the motoring world – the humble Ford Escort.

Film and TV stars aren’t immune to owning top-of-the-range vehicles either. American actor Ben Affleck has owned an Aston Martin DB7 and Dodge RAM, while Brad Pitt can claim to have driven the Mercedes G55 AMG. More modest cars owned by film and TV stars include the David ‘The Hoff’ Hasselhoff’s BMW Mini and Harry Potter star, Daniel Radcliffe’s Fiat Punto. However, no celebrity car is complete without a personalised registration plate. Other famous registration plates include magician Paul Daniels’ MAG 1C, singer Englebert Humperdinck’s EH 1 and business tycoon Sir Alan Sugar’s AMS 1 which is regularly seen in the opening sequence of the show ‘The Apprentice’.

HAVE you ever wondered if the dark night Batman has a BMW? Certainly it is not the usual BMW. If you if you had a hard time imagining it, an 18-year-old designer will try to help you and pour it into an engineering drawing. Tunisian Oussama Khalfi, the designers of this machine, does not clearly mentioning the type of engine he want to use that fit his fantasy car. What clear is, that this coded BMW X9 model, has come to represent the line BMW’s original design combined with the usual forms of vehicles used by dark knight.

If only Batman uses this vehicle, surely the American people would not like to see it because it was considered that the hero has lost nationalism, just as the British secret agent James Bond 007 Aston Martin when he left it and replace it with a BMW. Back to the main topic. If you noticed, though Khalfi Oussama successful and seemed very adept at pouring out stripes characteristic of BMW’s design into the picture, but it seems there’s one thing he had missed in terms of naming. X code is used by BMW to mark the models of their SUVs and crossovers. So it is supposed to be 9 Series Concept

The Daytona 500, which is commonly referred to as the Super Bowl of NASCAR, is held each year in February. Drawing hundreds of thousands of fans each year, with even more watching at home on television, the Daytona 500 is racing’s most anticipated event. The sports news media agrees with large press attendance and pre-event weekend coverage. While sports news continuously surrounds the annual Daytona 500, it is now focused on a new men’s fragrance of the same name.

Elizabeth Arden, which is the #2 American perfume creator, will begin offering the “Daytona 500″ men’s fragrance beginning in April 2006. Elizabeth Arden believes that the scent “embodies the confidence, power and intensity of the men daring enough to race in the ultimate adrenaline rush. The Daytona 500 is arguably the most exciting race of the year and is widely published in sports news publications, as well as sports news programs.

Jeff Gordon, four-time Cup champion and defending Daytona 500 victor, already promotes another product in the Elizabeth Arden fragrance line. Halston, which is also a men’s fragrance, is promoted by Jeff Gordon, who serves as product spokesman. When Gordon signed on as a representative in February 2005, Elizabeth Arden claimed that their sales increased by 30-40% from previous sales. It is this relationship that creates the preexisting association between Elizabeth Arden and NASCAR. With the release of the Daytona 500″ fragrance, sports news will once again be swirling around the sport. But, by April, with the Daytona 500 competition long since past, the new Daytona 500 sports news will come in the form of a men’s fragrance. During it’s earliest days, racing at the beach in Daytona quickly became the base for which the sanctioning body of NASCAR was born.

It’s a stereo system in a car, you say. Whoa, hold your horses, it’s not that simple. Although some people like to put home stereos in their cars and vans (out of dire need for some sounds), sometimes it just doesn’t work. As mentioned above, at first units and speakers from home audio systems and professional markets were just simply installed into vehicles. Car stereo enthusiasts were not satisfied with the sound quality of regular car sound systems, and with the advent of the CD player, they really had to start modifying some of these home stereos in order to work well in a car environment and voila!, now we have the modern car stereo.

If you have a new car, first hand bought, say from about 90 to present, chances are you already have a “factory” car stereo in your car. It means the car manufacturer already included a car stereo system in your car, unless specified in the car model but most often this is the case. Some car manufacturers make their own car stereos, like BMW which includes a pretty decent car stereo package head unit and speakers. It is a standard which comes with all their cars (which isn’t surprising considering that BMW is included in the league of “luxury car manufacturers”).

A standard car stereo (also called a head unit) usually includes an auto-reverse tape deck, a cd player and sometimes the optional changer – a device which automatically changes the cd in play. On newer car models, the car stereo can also play mp3s and other digital audo file types like WMA and AAC, whether on a cd or a memory device which can be hooked up to the head unit.

The car stereo head unit is connected to several speakers. Older car models usually just had one speaker mounted underneath the dashboard, pointing through perforations towards the front windshield. The standard for car stereo nowadays is a pair of “tweeters” (used to bring out high treble) on the driver side/front passenger side dashboard, a pair of normal “mid” speakers on both doors, sometimes even the backseat passeger doors if it’s a large car and larger speakers capable of bringing out low ends at the back protion of the backseats. Your car stereo is probably ok as it is, as car manufacturers ensure that the audio products that come with their cars can handle most dirver’s listening demands.

Ready for some entertainment?, let us play the Caribbean stud poker. Caribbean Stud Poker is gradually gaining in popularity as compared to its stud twin: Texas Holdem mainly because it is an easier game to learn and you can play it face to face and still enjoy. Originating in the Caribbean and based loosely on five card stud poker rules, this game offers a fan alternative to traditional table games with an opportunity to place a side bet and hit a big jackpot too. Some of these jackpots are progressive and you can win millions of dollars if you break those machines or tables..

What is Caribbean Stud?

It is not a traditional poker game in the sense that you play against the other players and the best player wins the pot. Caribbean stud belongs to the family of games including Pai Gow poker, Let it Ride and Three Card poker for example, where your opponent is the dealer and your goal is to form a better poker hand than the dealers hand. However, basic knowledge of traditional poker hand ranking is required.

The Rules of Playing Caribbean Stud:

1) The game begins with the players placing an ante bet at the same amount as the table minimum on the ante circle on the table.

2) At the same time, you should decide whether to place an additional side bet for the progressive jackpot.

3) Then, the dealer deals each player five face down cards plus four face down cards and one up to himself.

4) After looking at your cards, you should decide whether to fold or to call. If you decide to call, you should place an additional bet double the amount of your former ante bet.

5) After all the players have made their decisions, the dealer shows his hand. In order to qualify in a Caribbean stud poker game, the dealer must have an ace and a king or better. If he does not qualify, you will be paid back your ante bet but the call bet is a push.

6) If the dealers hand qualifies, he compares hands against each of the players individually. If his hand is better than yours is, you lose both your ante and your call bets.

7) If your hand is better than the dealers hand, you would be paid even money for your ante while for your call you would be paid according to a paytable. The paytable can vary from one casino to another. Generally, US casinos pay out 50:1 on a straight flush; 20:1 on four of a kind; 7:1 on full house; 5:1 on a flush; 4:1 on a straight; 3:1 on three of a kind; 2:1 on two pairs and even money on one pair or less.<br> In case your hand and the dealers hand are even, both ante and raise will push.

One of the reasons that Caribbean stud poker is so popular is the option of placing a one dollar side bet and winning a large progressive jackpot prize. In order to qualify for the bonus payout you should have a flush or better. For a flush, you would be paid a 50 dollars bonus and in order to win the jackpot that usually resets from 10,000 dollars, you must have a royal flush. However, your chances to hit a royal flush are estimated as about 650,000 to 1, therefore I would recommend skipping it.
